Founded in 2019, Root River Realty has been a powerhouse in the Real Estate Investment and Residential Industry within Milwaukee, WI. The catalyst for growth was the successful sale of a 400-property portfolio on behalf of a longtime Milwaukee investor. Over the course of 12 years, Santiago and Holly built a trusted relationship with the client, ultimately selling all 400 properties in under 400 days, achieving a total portfolio sellout of $38.6 million.
Rooted in Wisconsin
Since joining forces with Keller Williams, Root River Realty has sold over $90 million in real estate over the past three years, serving hundreds of clients across Wisconsin. Remarkably, many of these clients were not local to Milwaukee, or even Wisconsin, but were based across the United States and around the globe. By leveraging their GLOCAL (Global and Local) expertise, the team has successfully navigated diverse time zones, backgrounds, and client experiences, fueling consistent year-over-year growth in both sales and team expansion.
In 2021 and 2022, Holly Speranza, ABR, achieved recognition as the #1 real estate agent in Wisconsin for total units sold and ranked #11 nationwide in 2022. The Root River Realty Team
The Root River Realty team is structured into two separate components led by Santiago and Holly independently of each other to ensure that they can work with clients and support all of their business needs. Santiago manages the Investments side of the business and Holly manages the Residential and Commercial side of the business.
