Founded in 2019, Root River Realty has been a powerhouse in the Real Estate Investment and Residential Industry within Milwaukee, WI. The catalyst for growth was the successful sale of a 400-property portfolio on behalf of a longtime Milwaukee investor. Over the course of our 20 year relationship, Santiago and Holly built a trusted relationship with the client, ultimately selling all 400 properties in under 400 days, achieving a total portfolio sellout of $38.6 million.
